Terms of Service

Effective date: January 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vibe (the “Service”), including our websites, apps, and related features (such as posts, comments, direct messages, Topics, and Stars/earnings features). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Payout availability (current rollout)

Withdrawals are currently available in Ghana only. We’re working on adding more countries and international payout options soon.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Vibe (“we”, “us”, or “our”).Vibe is a product of CLINTONAPPS ENTERPRISE.

Contact: vibeapponline@gmail.com

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for your account and anything that happens under it.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Keep your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3A. Advertising and consent

The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. When you log in, we may present an ad consent prompt. If you select No, the prompt will be shown again on your next login. If you select Yes, the prompt will not be shown again on future logins.

For more details on advertising technologies and preferences, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Your content and permissions

“Content” includes posts, comments, images, videos, voice notes, direct messages, profile details, and anything else you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your Content. However, you grant Vibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works of your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your Content and that your Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4A. Reels, downloads, exports, and watermarks

The Service may allow you to upload and share short-form video or audio content (“Reels”), and may offer a download or export feature for certain Reels.

  • Creator-controlled downloads: creators may enable or disable downloads for their Reels. If a creator disables downloads, only that creator may be able to download or export the Reel.
  • Exports may be processed: downloads/exports may generate a processed copy (for example, transcoding to a standard format).
  • Vibe watermark/branding: for branding and attribution, Vibe may add a Vibe watermark to exported/downloaded Reel files. The presence of a Vibe watermark is not proof of ownership, does not imply endorsement by Vibe, and does not change who owns the underlying content.
  • Third-party watermarks: if you indicate that a Reel already contains another platform’s watermark (for example, TikTok/Instagram), Vibe may skip adding a Vibe watermark to the export to help prevent “double watermark” downloads.
  • Your responsibility: you are responsible for the accuracy of any statements you make about your content (including whether it already contains a third-party watermark), and you agree not to misrepresent ownership, source, or rights.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to upload, share, and authorize downloads/exports of your Reels (including any music, clips, or other third-party materials).

4B. Content limits

To help keep the Service reliable and readable, we apply limits to certain types of Content. Limits may vary by account tier and may change over time.

  • Posts, comments, and replies: character limits apply (higher limits for premium/verified accounts).
  • Blog posts: up to 800 words for normal accounts and up to 1500 words for premium/verified accounts.

We may prevent publishing or truncate Content that exceeds limits.

5. Community rules (acceptable use)

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law, or encourage others to do so.
  • Post or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
  • Post sexual content involving minors, or any form of exploitation.
  • Spam, run scams, or mislead others (including impersonation).
  • Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or bypass security controls.
  • Violate others’ privacy (e.g., doxxing), or share someone else’s private information without consent.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We may remove Content or restrict accounts that violate these rules, and we may do so without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the Service.

6. Direct messages

Direct messages are intended for private communication. You are responsible for what you send. Do not send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

We may use automated and human review to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Stars, earnings, and payments (if available)

Vibe may offer features that let users buy Stars, tip creators, or earn money (“Monetization Features”). If you use Monetization Features:

  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (such as Paystack), and their terms apply.
  • You are responsible for taxes and reporting related to your earnings, unless required otherwise by law.
  • Payout availability depends on your location and the payout methods we support. Some payouts (including international payouts) may be unavailable or "coming soon".
  • We may impose eligibility requirements (e.g., account age, verification, minimum balance) and may change them from time to time.
  • We may delay, withhold, or reverse payouts when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Monetization Features are optional and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe does not guarantee that you will earn money, receive payouts, or that any payout will be available at any particular time.

Refunds (if any) and chargeback handling depend on the payment provider and applicable law.

7A. Monthly subscription / verification upgrade

If we offer a monthly subscription or verification upgrade, it grants access for a time-limited period (for example, 30 days) and may renew automatically.

  • Auto-renew: where available, we may attempt to renew your subscription automatically using a reusable payment authorization provided by the payment processor.
  • Failed renewals: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry up to 3 times (approximately once per day). If renewal is not successful after retries, subscription access may end and your verification/premium status may be removed.
  • No reusable authorization: if your initial payment method does not provide a reusable authorization for future charges, auto-renew may not be possible and your subscription may end when the paid period expires.
  • What you should do: if you want to avoid losing verification/premium access, use a payment method that typically supports recurring charges (for example, a card payment) or renew/upgrade again before your current period ends.
  • Cancellation: we may provide cancellation controls in the app. If you cancel, you can typically continue to use subscription features until the end of the current paid period.

Currency: we may display prices in USD for clarity, while your payment may be processed and settled in another currency depending on the payment processor, your location, and exchange rates.

7B. Privileged badge (earned, not purchased)

From time to time, we may grant certain accounts a "Privileged" badge. This badge is not a product and is not available for purchase.

  • Badge meaning: a gold checkmark indicates a Privileged account. A green checkmark indicates a Verified account. If an account is both, the gold checkmark is shown.
  • Discretionary: the Privileged badge is gifted by Vibe at our sole discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time.
  • Separate from verification: a paid subscription/verification upgrade (if offered) does not guarantee and does not include the Privileged badge.
  • No special access: the Privileged badge is cosmetic and does not grant administrative access or special moderation powers.

8. Intellectual property

The Service (including software, design, logos, and branding) is owned by Vibe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights explicitly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at vibeapponline@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorized agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, we must do so to comply with law, or to protect the Service or users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vibe in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be in Ghana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
